Bounding its near extent is the ridge of Hopkins/Spread Eagle Mts; to its left (west), the trailing slopesof the Wolfjaw-Hedgehog-Rooster Comb-Snow Mountain ridge. In the far distance, near center frame, the summit of Whiteface Mountain peeks over Kilburn and Sentinel mountains (Sentinel Range).
